Jodie joined Hannay Criminal Defence Lawyers in 2019 as a Law Clerk and is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws at Griffith University. Jodie works closely with our solicitors in preparing legal matters and regularly appears in court, gaining practical experience across a broad range of legal proceedings.
With experience in instructing Counsel, drafting legal documents and managing matters across multiple jurisdictions, Jodie brings strong advocacy skills and a thorough understanding of practical legal processes to the team.
Passionate about community engagement, Jodie has contributed to My Community Legal Centre, Southport’s Outreach Program and the Men’s Domestic Violence Education and Intervention Prevention Program. Her dedication to the legal profession was recognised when she was named a finalist in the Women in Law Awards – Student of the Year category.
