Kyle Goodman

Kyle is a dedicated solicitor at Hannay Criminal Defence Lawyers, bringing a diverse legal background and a global perspective to his practice. Originally from Canada, Kyle completed a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Psychology (Honours) at Carleton University in Canada, where he graduated on the Dean’s List.

After gaining valuable experience as a legal consultant in the Canadian and American wills and estates sector, Kyle relocated to Australia in 2022. He went on to complete his Juris Doctor at Griffith University and was later admitted as a solicitor.

Kyle first joined Hannay Criminal Defence Lawyers as a law clerk in 2023 and has since developed a strong reputation for his professionalism, strategic thinking, and courtroom readiness. He regularly appears in courts across Queensland, including the Magistrates, District, and Supreme Courts, representing clients in a broad range of matters with a focus on criminal defence.

His international background offers clients a unique perspective, combining Canadian legal insight with a strong understanding of the Australian justice system.
