Regan is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Justice at the Queensland University of Technology. He began working as a Magistrates Clerk in 2019 and has since transitioned in mid-2021 to Hannay Lawyers as an Articled Law Clerk.
Regan regularly appears in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts of Queensland on mentions, consented bail applications as well as instructing Counsel.
