James has been with Hannay Lawyers since June 2020 and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court in April 2021. He has strong and assertive advocacy skills.
Prior to his admission, James served in the Royal Australian Air Force and Queensland Police Service. He was previously a qualified carpenter, structural metal fabricator, and personal trainer which means he speaks many industry languages.
During James’ study at Bond University, James received the Certificate of Excellence for studies in Miscarriages of Justice. James is recognised for his attention to detail and tenacious advocacy for human rights and accountability in policing.
